Weighted Baseball Bat

A weighted baseball bat helps players of all ages improve their hitting skills.  When you train with a bat that is heavier than your game bat, you will build up strength. This added strength with give you both more power and better bat control. Just be sure not to choose a model that is too heavy for you.  You could develop negative habits if you try to use a bat that is too heavy for you.  There are several different types of weighted baseball bat models.  Each allows to to develop different parts of your swing.

Weighted Bat Options

There are several weighted bat options.  The basic models are heavy wood bats.  These models allow you to take actual batting practice.  These models help build up your swing speed and overall strength.
